Baseball Playoffs LCS Results
LCS predictions fell through for coolstandings.com, as we picked
the wrong teams in both series. In fact, of the experts we surveyed for our first round analysis,
only one out of 16 who posted pre-LCS predictions also failed to pick at least one winner. Guess the
law of averages kicked in! When you combine the LDS and LCS results, coolstandings.com is now in the
middle of the pack regarding prediction results among the surveyed experts. Note that the ESPN.com
experts posted predictions prior to the start of the playoffs; only those who picked the correct 4
teams from the first round were considered in the LCS analysis.

the first round of the baseball playoffs! Congratulations to Steve Phillips, from ESPN - he was the
only expert among those who published predictions at ESPN.com, SI.com, CBS SportsLine.com, and
FOXSports.com to have beaten the coolstandings.com simulation.
